Our Intention
We aim to inspire sustainable behavior change and foster personal transformation through the process of health coaching.
We support clients in achieving all types of heath and wellness goals using a holistic, individualized approach. You take the lead on your own wellness journey, and we help guide, motivate, and cheer you on as you gain momentum and grow into a new, healthier and happier version of yourself.
What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching is a relationship between client and coach that facilitates a process of self-discovery where insights are uncovered and progress is made towards the client’s goals.
Health coaching is holistic in nature, meaning that along with nutrition and physical activity, other areas of life are also addressed, such as emotional health, stress, career, relationships, spirituality, and more.
It’s kind of like therapy, but for all aspects of life.

Why should I try it?
While we believe that you are inherently capable, having a health coach by your side can drastically increase the success rate and speed at which you reach your goals. Utilizing a health coach provides two major advantages. First, we act as a mirror to reflect patterns in thought, emotions, and behaviors. This is important because it’s easier to see the whole picture and “connect the dots” with someone who is outside the situation. Second, we act as an accountability partner to give you a motivational nudge towards following through on your self-determined goals.
How does it work?
Each session is structured to facilitate self-empowerment and self-understanding. We usually start with a grounding exercise to relax the nervous system and create a safe space for self-exploration. We then establish the overall goal for the session and discuss where you are today in regards to your goal. Most of the conversation involves the coach listening and asking deep, thought-provoking questions to help you come to your own conclusions. Next, we determine where you aim to be and why. And lastly, we collaborate in creating specific, attainable, small action steps that you can commit to and feel great about.
